- Experience yourself within a connected community through inquires, practices, and deep listening.

We will establish our learning circle and explore the foundational capacities and concepts of Deep Living that will be supported throughout the course. These include:
- Presence as a counterintuitive orientation to change
- Two fundamental dimensions of being human
- Accessing our embodied intelligence
Session 2 – Sacred Holding (Sept 30)
We will introduce EnneaCrossings™ as a framework for moving from an egoic, limited view to an interconnected view of life. The focus will be on shifting towards internally sourced experiences of love, support, security, and belonging. Topics include:
- Attachment and grasping as strategies for meeting our needs
- Resources for living your calling and using your gifts
- Practices and conditions that support a direct, felt experience of belonging
Session 3 – Sacred Trust (Oct 14)
We will recognize the inherent dynamism in life and the natural intelligence beyond ordinary knowledge. Topics include:
- Moving from the illusion of inadequacy and certainty to an experience of agency
- Exploring resilience and our capacity to live with dynamism, uncertainty, and the unknown
- Developing curiosity and courage
- Practices and conditions that support movement toward Sacred Trust
Session 4 – Sacred Connectedness (Oct 21)
We will learn how to stay in intimate contact with ourselves while engaging with others, opening to our interconnectedness with all of life. Topics include:
- Exploring four experiences of heart consciousness
- Coming into direct contact with feelings, including painful ones
- Practices and conditions that support movement toward Sacred Connectedness
Session 5 – Sacred Engagement (Oct 28)
With Engaged Presence, we uncover the capacity to respond from a place of wholeness, interconnectedness, and attunement to what is needed. In our final session, we will integrate previous learnings and create experiences around key questions:
- How do we attune to what is calling us to take inspired action?
- How are we using our natural gifts?
- What supports our capacity for Engaged Presence?
Session 6, 7, + 8 – Optional Group Practice (Nov 11 & 18, Dec 2)
